FBI – The FBI offers information on common fraud schemes targeted at seniors and provides tips to help older Americans protect themselves from fraud.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) – FINRA is an independent not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors by ensuring the securities industry operates fairly and honestly.
Investor Protection Trust (IPT) – IPT is a nonprofit organization that works with state and federal organizations to provide independent, objective investor education for Americans.
North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) – NASAA members license firms and their agents, investigate violations of state and provincial law, file enforcement actions when appropriate and educate the public about investment fraud.
